P.S.: I did the initial research, and this was the first step. Kit handled the papers we drew and I received a fair better price than did my relatives who sold their oil leases at a later date. PHOENIX, with direction from Tom Wulf, after the fact, made an additional payment to make up the difference between what my relatives received and what I had received. I’d say that’s going out of your way to be more than fair to a customer.
