So far so good. The only issue I had was with funding through Plaid. I have funded brokerages in the past where all I had to do was give my banking info. I had to send a check through snail mail, which took forever. I was starting to get worried, but I contacted a woman who was very helpful. She returned my email with a personal call, which I really appreciated, and [I] asked to be notified when my check was received, which she did. I like the personal service I received, and Phoenix seems to be a first-class outfit. I have already recommended Phoenix to a couple of friends.
