Our family was fortunate to acquire mineral rights on a property in the North Dakota Oil Basin. We have seen minor profits from these rights over the years and, as we aged, we agreed to sell these rights to avoid inheritance woes. After considerable research, we sold to Phoenix for these specific reasons: The price we received exceeded others. The company is above board and professional. … Their website is clear, concise, and informative. Tom Wulf was wonderful to work with. He displayed patience with our clueless questions as he guided us through the sales process. P.S.: I did the initial research, and this was the first step. Kit handled the papers we drew, and I received a [far] better price than did my relatives who sold their oil leases at a later date. Phoenix, with direction from Tom Wulf, after the fact, made an additional payment to make up the difference between what my relatives received and what I had received. I’d say that’s going out of your way to be more than fair to a customer.
